Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Electrical Contracting Industry
Location: Clovis, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for one of our well-established electrical contracting clients in Clovis, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Heavy data entry of accounts payable invoices
-
Accurate entry of certified payrolls into the DRI website

Completion of prevailing wage documentation and compliance forms
-
Manage and verify documentation for new job sites to ensure full compliance

Follow and complete a detailed job checklist for each project

Work closely with internal departments to gather and verify required data

Use Spectrum software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a construction or electrical company setting

Strong knowledge of document compliance

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

Experience with Spectrum software (preferred)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
