Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Electrical Contracting Industry
Location: Clovis, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for one of our well-established electrical contracting clients in Clovis, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are organized, accurate, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy data entry of accounts payable invoices

  • Accurate entry of certified payrolls into the DRI website

  • Completion of prevailing wage documentation and compliance forms

  • Manage and verify documentation for new job sites to ensure full compliance

  • Follow and complete a detailed job checklist for each project

  • Work closely with internal departments to gather and verify required data

  • Use Spectrum software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management

  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a construction or electrical company setting

  • Strong knowledge of document compliance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Experience with Spectrum software (preferred)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
