Born and raised in Texas, Tara has called the Lone Star State home her entire life and has built deep personal and professional roots within the community.
With a strong passion for helping people, Tara specializes in connecting top-tier talent with leading employers in industries such as manufacturing, accounting, HR, procurement, warehouse operations, and government contracting support. She works closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce needs and deliver customized staffing solutions — whether through temporary placements, direct hires, or on-site recruiter support. Outside of her professional life, Tara is a proud mother of four and comes from a big, close-knit family. Spending time with her loved ones is her absolute favorite thing to do — they’re her built-in best friends. Whether it’s family gatherings, weekend adventures, or just relaxing together, Tara finds her greatest joy in those moments.
Beyond staffing, Tara has also found a growing passion for real estate. She loves all things real estate — from helping people find their dream homes to exploring market trends — and enjoys pursuing this interest on the side while continuing to focus on her primary role in staffing.
