Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our clients marketing efforts and enhance brand presence in the market. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Drive brand awareness and thought leadership through PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Experience in PR and media relations, with a strong network of media contacts preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI.
