Job Description
Key Responsibilities
-
Accurately enter weight data into internal tracking systems

Track materials entering and exiting the facility (weigh in/weigh out)

Verify outgoing product quantities and documentation
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
-
Prepare daily production reports using Excel
-
Monitor variances between incoming and outgoing materials
-
Review and audit Bills of Lading as needed
-
Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors
-
Identify and report equipment or scale issues
-
Verify materials are assigned to the correct customer before processing
-
Communicate production delays to leadership
-
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform basic math
-
Effective written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
-
Basic computer proficiency
-
Ability to work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
-
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
