District Manager

Job Description
Salary: up to $125,000 Annually (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic objectives and policies for the district, aligning with the overall goals of the business.
- Create and manage annual budgets and plans, monitoring financial performance to ensure alignment with targets.
- Ensure operational processes meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgetary guidelines.
- Provide expertise and solutions to address current and potential operational challenges, assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Lead and manage a team, setting individual objectives, reviewing performance, and providing continuous feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, representing our organization within the refined fuels and propane industry.
- Prepare regular and special reports, ensuring systems and personnel support company goals, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks, contributing to departmental plans and driving process improvements.
- Identify and lead initiatives for structural improvements, proposing changes to management and overseeing projects that impact multiple teams and departments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within and outside the department to ensure alignment with broader objectives.
- Ensure all activities comply with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations and promote awareness within the team.
- Vocational degree with over 10 years of relevant experience in the refined fuels and propane industry, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in the same field.
