Electrical Assembler
Job Description
We’re seeking candidates with at least one year of hands-on experience working with panel wiring and interpreting technical diagrams.
Schedule: Day shift, starting at 5:00 AM
Pay: $18 - $21.50 or more depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Handle general electrical assembly tasks from start to finish.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, including wiring diagrams, blueprints, and layout instructions.
- Prepare wiring by cutting, stripping, and crimping cables according to project specs.
- Install components and materials onto control or panel boards based on provided layouts.
- Complete all wiring connections in alignment with the project’s electrical diagrams.
- Produce and apply labels according to labeling requirements for each build.
- Identify and resolve issues during assembly to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Keep the work area safe, organized, and compliant with company procedures.
- Fill out production and quality documentation as needed.
- Confirm materials and components match what's listed on the work order.
