**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor's degree (ABET accredited) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or closely related field.

**SCHEDULE:**
Flexible hours around 8 am or 9 am - 5 pm MST.

**HYBRID WORK POLICY:**
Enjoy the standard hybrid policy with 2 days per week working remotely. Manager open to considering other options.

**TOP SKILLS NEEDED:**
Hardware, RF, Analog and/or Digital design, Circuit Design, PCBA layout, Altium, systems engineering, data transmission line experience, Experience designing for Downhole (or Extreme) environments (High Temperature, Pressure, Shock & Vibe?), Regulatory or Certification experience.

**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**
Embark on a journey of electrical engineering research, product development, and support for production. Design, develop, and test cutting-edge IntelliServ components, products, and tooling. Use your engineering prowess to analyze and diagnose IntelliServ downhole network system failures, providing short-term solutions and resolving complex issues in a rigorous environment.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**
- Develop, test, debug, characterize, and document electrical and electro-mechanical product designs.
- Evaluate materials and systems, identify equipment, and prepare work instructions for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design issues.
- Provide engineering support for released products.
- Swiftly implement workarounds for immediate issue resolution.
- Other exciting tasks and duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor's degree (ABET accredited) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology, or closely related field.

**WORK EXPERIENCE:**
5 to 8 years of experience in the field of specialization or an MS degree (ABET accredited) plus 3 to 5 years of experience.

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:**
- Use standard electronic test equipment such as DVMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, etc.
- Circuit design and wiring for EMI reduction; analog and/or digital circuit design and testing, schematic interpretation.
- Testing Electrical, Electronic, and/or Electromechanical Products for harsh environment applications.
- Managing multiple priorities and complex projects.
- Excellent mathematical, statistical, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with CE, UL, or similar certification process (preferred).
- Analog or digital design experience (preferred).
- RF engineering/electromagnetics experience (preferred).
