Hire Up Staffing is seeking experienced Equipment Operators/Order Pullers to join our client partner in this fast-paced warehouse team in Dallas, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with great potential for long-term growth and strong benefits once permanent.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

Job Title: Equipment Operator/Order Puller -1st Shift Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $18/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cherry picker, stand-up reach, and sit-down forklifts (certification required)
- Pull and stage orders efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, including handling irregularly shaped product loads
- Shrink wrap pallets using both manual and automatic methods
- Frequently lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of warehouse equipment operating experience
- Proof of Certification to operate cherry picker, reach truck, and sit-down forklift
- Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting
- Strong attendance record and dependability
- Takes initiative to fill slow periods with work.
- Attention to detail.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check prior to start.
