Customer Service + Event Support AssistantsÂ
Service Industry – Hospitality Field
Fresno, CA | $20/hour | Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm
A well-established company in the hospitality field is seeking 2–3 dependable, customer-focused individuals to assist with seasonal administrative and support tasks. One of these roles may lead to a long term opportunity based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do:

Assemble informational packets, including materials such as name badges, agendas, and branded items

Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance

Support general office and fulfillment functions as needed

Alternate between seated work in a call center environment and active standing roles preparing materials

What We’re Looking For:
-
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred with 2-5 years of experience in a call center

Longevity in work history, no job hopping for less than 1 year at each employment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach to work

Clear and friendly communication skills, especially over the phone

Comfort with standing for periods of time while assisting in fulfillment tasks
