Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is hiring a Executive Assistant for a client in the Berkeley, CA area.  

This position will be supporting a real estate team with day to day activities and assisting the back office operations for multiple projects. 

Hours: Monday through Friday, Day Hours.
Must have flexibility as some appointments or meetings maybe earlier or later in the day.

Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience


  • Bilingual: Chinese 
  • Reside in Oakland, Alameda, or Berkeley
  • 3+ years of administrative/coordination or project management administration experience 
  • Experience scheduling multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Schedule numerous appointments on a daily basis for inspections, staging, photography, repairs, cleanings, improvements, and more.
  • Communicate with sellers and vendors
  • Assist with bids and quotes for materials or services.
  • Prepare and assemble listing and document packages.
  • Assist with preparation of agreements.
  • Arrange for keys, lockboxes, and signage for listings
  • Keep client database updated
  • Keep inventories of turnkey items, lockboxes, signs, listing supplies, etc.
