Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is hiring a Executive Assistant for a client in the Berkeley, CA area.
This position will be supporting a real estate team with day to day activities and assisting the back office operations for multiple projects.
Hours: Monday through Friday, Day Hours.
Must have flexibility as some appointments or meetings maybe earlier or later in the day.
Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Chinese
- Reside in Oakland, Alameda, or Berkeley
- 3+ years of administrative/coordination or project management administration experience
- Experience scheduling multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
- Detail Oriented
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Schedule numerous appointments on a daily basis for inspections, staging, photography, repairs, cleanings, improvements, and more.
- Communicate with sellers and vendors
- Assist with bids and quotes for materials or services.
- Prepare and assemble listing and document packages.
- Assist with preparation of agreements.
- Arrange for keys, lockboxes, and signage for listings
- Keep client database updated
- Keep inventories of turnkey items, lockboxes, signs, listing supplies, etc.
