Job Description

Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a giant in the housing industry seeking an Executive Assistant in Fort Worth, TX. We are searching for a meticulous multitasker to join the team! 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; avail. for after hours and some weekend work. 
Pay: $30/hr. (with overtime pay as met)

Responsibilities include drafting reports and correspondence, overseeing office operations, and managing confidential information. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and uphold values of integrity and trust, we want to hear from you! 

Essential Responsibilities: 
  1. Assist with Board meetings and other special events. 
  2. Manage the day-to-day Executive Office activities. 
  3. Coordinate staff meetings and events. 
  4. Support special events and educational initiatives. 
  5. Handle inquiries on behalf of the Executive.
  6. Lead special projects as assigned. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with public housing authority administration preferred. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet research.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills, reading, writing, analytical skills, effectively present ideas both orally and written form, work and collaborate across all levels in an organization. Concise and professional presentation skills. Microsoft 365 a plus or ability to learn. Exp. in admin of Boards of Commissioners activities and/or prior public housing authority admin is preferred.
