Job Title: Executive Coordinator (Training to be Community Manager)

Location: Visalia, CA

Pay: Entry-level $18-20/hour; may consider more based on experience

Position Overview:

Hire Up Staffing Services is currently seeking a motivated Executive Coordinator to join our team, dedicated to managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in real estate and property management. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive one-year training program, including state educational classes to obtain their license as a Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison for HOA boards across multiple neighborhoods.
  • Manage daily communications with homeowners, addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively.
  • Answer phones and respond to email correspondence.
  • Manage assigned properties and be the point of contact for customers and vendors.
  • Write memos and violation letters, and receive bids from vendors.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and maintain organized records related to HOA operations.
  • Attend quarterly homeowner meetings, typically held in the evenings (overtime compensation provided).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service and administrative experience.
  • Previous office management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability in escalation management or defusing challenging situations with stellar customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • A bubbly, positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to pursue a long-term career in real estate and property management.

Work Schedule:
  • Normal hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week, 1-hour lunch).
  • Flexibility to work evenings for HOA meetings, with overtime compensation.
