Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is hiring a Financial Healthcare Project Manager for a contract remote position with a major medical facility in Texas!


- Remote experience is a must
- Must have a BA Degree or higher
- 3 years of PM experience in Financial Healthcare, Accounting, or Administration
- Skilled working in Excel, Visio (or similar) PowerPoint, and Word

Job Duties
  • Manage projects as assigned by the Exec Director for Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Identify deliverables, sequence of all activities and tasks necessary to complete the deliverable, the effort required to complete each task, and take ownership or make assignment of deliverables to an owner
  • Initiate actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget with agreed-upon scope
  • Assist in data collection/analysis and identifying workflows in support of project initiatives
  • Ensure project documentation is completed and maintained as the project changes or refines over time
  • Coordinate necessary support for follow-through and provides a focus for the team and individuals to sustain the momentum needed to drive initiatives
  • Remain connected with team members between meetings
  • Provides coordination and communication among team members to facilitate strategic alignment with department and institutional goals
