Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are currently hiring a Forklift Operator to join our warehouse operations team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. Forklift experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a sit-down forklift and ride-on pallet jack safely and efficiently

Perform industrial order filling, receiving, and loading operations

Pick, bundle, and stage pipe and conduit materials

Use handheld scanners and internal systems for inventory tasks
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Follow safety protocols and contribute to team goals

Complete general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Experience operating a sit-down forklift is required
-
Must be comfortable working outdoors in a yard environment

Ability to repetitively lift and carry items 50+ lbs

Basic computer and scanner use knowledge preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (DIRTFT – Do It Right The First Time)
