Forklift Operator
Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Position Details
- Pay: $18/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pull and prepare orders using pick tickets
- Pack, stage, and load materials for outgoing shipments
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
- Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Assemble, label, palletize, and organize materials for storage or delivery
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Forklift/PIT equipment experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time and meet productivity goals
- Team-oriented with a reliable work ethic
- Good communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions
- Ability to lift, move, and handle items up to 70 lbs regularly
