Job Description
Pay-$17/hr.
Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
Responsibilities-
- Verify shipments by comparing them against packing lists and purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Organizing and maintaining charts, log sheets, and documents.
- Perform data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Enter and process work orders and invoices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractor relationships.
- Utilize the M3 (ERP) System to generate pick lists for customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and investigate any problem areas.
- Help in recording purchases, maintaining an accurate database, conducting physical inventory counts, and reconciling stock levels.
- Ensure accuracy in fulfilling customer purchase orders and adhering to specifications.
- Update and manage inventory data and transfers.
- Process and document returns.
- Assist in processing and/or approving invoices for payment.
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery.
- Initiate actions to replenish stock by processing purchase orders and related paperwork.
- Compile metric statistics and generate various reports for management.
