Job Description
Job Title: Front Office Medical Specialist
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Specialist to join our medical team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in providing a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with procedure setup, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering a multi-line phone system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage front desk operations
- Schedule appointments and send reminders
- Assist with procedure setup and coordination
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Answer and manage multi-line phone calls
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical front office is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of insurance verification is a plus
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation:
$18 - $20/hour, DOE
