Hours: Monday - Thursday; 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $17-$18/hr. (Temp-to-hire)
Job Duties will Include:
- Painting Interior and Exterior Surfaces
- Minor Plumbing and Electrical (Ceiling Fan, Electrical Plug, Drain Pipe, Traps, etc.)
- Light Wood Framing work
- Door and Window installation
- Repair Rotten Wood/Siding
- Wash Windows/Clean Gutters
- Install Cabinets and Vanities
- Install Laminate Flooring
- HS diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year carpentry and/or construction exp.
- Good work ethic and attendance. Positive attitude.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and be on feet an entire shift in a non-climate controlled environment.
- Must be able to read a tape measure, basic math skills.
- Knowledgeable in use of hand and power tools.
- Commitment to safe work practices in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish a PLUS.
