Job Description
This is a full-time temp to hire position, 8 am - 5 pm M-F.
Responsibilities
- Supports the daily functions of the Human Resources Benefits Department and provides service excellence, support and coordination company benefits programs, New Hire/Open Enrollment, Tuition Reimbursement, and other daily administrative tasks within the Benefits Department.
- The HR Specialist should possess a demonstrated ability to proactively and effectively communicate, accurately process transactions, maintain records, critically think through issues, effectively answer inquiries, prioritize, and ensure appropriate follow-up when needed.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, a professional image, and develops rapport to assist internal customers in navigating benefit options or inquires, as well as, provide a positive impression of the Human Resources department
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources required or 4 years of administrative experience required
- High School Diploma
