Hire Up Staffing is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager for one of our reputable clients located in Fresno, CA. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support HVAC service technicians in daily field operations

Create accurate quotes and detailed service proposals for commercial and residential clients

Schedule jobs and coordinate resources to ensure timely project completion

Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality

Conduct job site reviews for quality control and adherence to safety standards

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage materials and equipment

Provide technical guidance and training to service team members

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Maintain accurate service records, technician schedules, and job documentation
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, with a focus on commercial systems

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within HVAC services

Proficient in job quoting, proposal creation, and scheduling tools/software

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

EPA certification and additional relevant licenses (preferred)
