HVAC Technician
Job Description
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call Rotation: 1 week every 7 weeks (24-hour on-call during assigned week)
Pay: $14 – $22 per hour (Based on Knowledge & Skill Assessment)

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated HVAC Technicians to join our team. We are open to entry-level candidates straight out of trade school, as well as experienced professionals.
All candidates will complete a knowledge check assessment, which will determine starting pay within our $14–$22/hour range.
Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems

Perform preventative maintenance

Respond to service calls during assigned on-call rotation

Communicate professionally with customers

Maintain accurate service documentation

Follow safety and compliance standards
Requirements
-
EPA Certification (Required)
-
TDLR License (Required)
-
Trade school completion or relevant HVAC experience

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation

Professional and customer-focused attitude
On-Call Schedule

Team of 6 technicians

Rotation is every 7th week

During your assigned week, you will be on call 24 hours/day
