Hospitality Operations Assistant - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: Grapevine/Southlake, TX
Pay: Starting at $24/hr (DOE – higher based on experience)
Company vehicle provided during work hours
We’re seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations Assistant to join a growing team in the Grapevine/Southlake area! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves variety throughout their day.
About the Role
This is not a desk job — you’ll be out and about, working in multiple locations throughout the day. You’ll help oversee daily operations, assist with coordination between teams, and ensure that everything runs smoothly on-site.
A long-term goal for this position is to travel to other U.S. locations to assist with new site setups and team launches — a great opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational needs across multiple sites

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish

Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and daily workflows

Ensure standards are met and tasks are completed accurately and on time

Drive company vehicle during work hours for local site visits
Qualifications

Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)

Experience: Prior experience in operations, facilities, or a fast-paced team environment

Personality: A true “yes” person with a positive, can-do attitude

Skills: Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively

Flexibility: Must be open to a flexible schedule (may include weekends or varied hours)

Local: Must live in or near the Grapevine/Southlake area
