Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant for our client in the Ag industry in Orange Cove, California.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone organized, communicative, and passionate about creating a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors.
- Maintain filing systems and handle office supplies.
- Process mail and coordinate deliveries.
- Arrange employee meals and stock office groceries.
- Oversee housekeeping to keep common areas clean.
- Support payroll, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Organize meetings, safety trainings, and HR events.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and other HR tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HR or payroll experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid CA driver’s license.
Job Details:
- Full-Time | $16.50 - $22.00/hour
