Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is looking for an HR Manager for a client in Brawley, CA.  As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's HR function, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of HR activities, including overseeing HR generalists and assistants, conducting audits, setting objectives, implementing policies, and collaborating on strategic HR initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing employee concerns, managing terminations, and supporting various HR programs. Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise HR generalists and HR assistants.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs as requested.
  • Set objectives for the HR team and monitor progress.
  • Design and implement company policies promoting a healthy work environment.
  • Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives with the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Proactively address employee concerns and coordinate investigations.
  • Process terminations and prepare termination documents.
  • Support wage analysis process preparation and coordination.
  • Coordinate the Performance Management process.
  • Assist in providing support in various HR functional areas.
  • Lead HR projects assigned by the Chief Human Resources Officer.
  • Oversee/assist in the delivery of HR projects, programs, and strategies.
  • Drive performance management initiatives for the district.
  • Counsel leaders and managers on employee relations issues.
  • Approve transactions in the HRIS system for data integrity.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
