Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients in Hayward, CA!  Client would prefer someone who has experience in the metal manufacturing and distribution industry.  They are looking for career-minded individuals for this role.

Duties for this position include:
  • Taking customer orders and upselling current clients on upgrades and new products
  • Create solutions for clients
  • Assist with creating proposals and presentations
  • Assist sales team with lead generation
  • Follow up on client referrals
  • Ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish
Must haves:
  • Detail Oriented
  • 2 or more years of sales experience, within the metals industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication
  • Customer-Driven
  • Sense of Urgency
  • Deadline-Driven
  • Strong customer service
  • BA/BS degree is desired, but not required
Client is a well-respected company who’s been in business for over 40 years.  Salary range for this position is $50-$75K per year, plus commission.  Benefits package is also available which includes medical, 401K (matching), life insurance, PTO and offers a year end bonus potential.
