Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a successful insurance group here in Fresno, CA!

This is a Direct Hire opportunity, paying $25.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience!


  • Maintain client relations - answering calls, greeting visitors, addressing client requests
  • Data entry and upkeep of client database, ensuring a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with contract administration as needed including preparing documents, obtaining signatures, sending documentation via e-mail/overnight
  • Record management - filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Managing correspondence including faxes, emails, and other communication

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills - proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use various in-house software
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of company information
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Utilize efficient time management
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to implement standard office procedures and operate office equipment
  • Reliable. Stable.
  • Professional attire/appearance
