  • Provide effective legal representation in insurance defense matters, specifically focusing on first-party claims.
  • Serve as first chair in trials, demonstrating proficiency and confidence in the courtroom.
  • Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely and favorable resolutions.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to achieve successful case outcomes.

  • Juris Doctor (JD): Possession of a law degree from an accredited law school.

  • Bar Admission: Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in insurance defense, with a focus on first-party claims.

  • Trial Experience: Demonstrated first chair trial experience, showcasing strong advocacy skills.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
