Inventory & Shipping Specialist

Job Description
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
PAY: $18/hr. TTH for FT
LOCATION: Grapevine, TX
* THIS IS NOT A FORKLIFT POSITION. If you have knowledge or former exp. operating forklifts it is a plus, but it is extremely rare that it would ever be required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Unpack, and consolidate/replenish items as necessary, labels shelves.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Ability to maintain compliance with ASA regulations and standards in the aviation industry.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Assist picker with missing items if they need assistance.
- Able to be a team player with inventory team.
- High school diploma or better
- 1 year experience in a warehouse setting
- Exhibits keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Good data entry skills and efficient.
- Doesn't mind working with a lot of paperwork.
- Is comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Able to pass a DS and BG check, No violence and No theft.
