Job Description

POSITION: INVENTORY/SHIPPING ASSISTANT
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
PAY: $18/hr. TTH for FT
LOCATION: Grapevine, TX 

* THIS IS NOT A FORKLIFT POSITION. If you have knowledge or former exp. operating forklifts it is a plus, but it is extremely rare that it would ever be required. 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
  • Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Unpack, and consolidate/replenish items as necessary, labels shelves.
  • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
  • Ability to maintain compliance with ASA regulations and standards in the aviation industry. 
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Assist picker with missing items if they need assistance.
  • Able to be a team player with inventory team.
Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or better
  • 1 year experience in a warehouse setting
  • Exhibits keen attention to detail and accuracy in all work. 
  • Good data entry skills and efficient. 
  • Doesn't mind working with a lot of paperwork. 
  • Is comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse. 
  • Able to pass a DS and BG check, No violence and No theft.
