Key Account Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive statewide revenue growth

Identify, pursue, and secure new high-value accounts across Texas
-
Strengthen relationships with executive-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
-
Partner with territory sales representatives to maximize customer penetration
-
Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
-
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
-
Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation
-
Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications -
Minimum 3 years of industrial or technical sales experience (6+ years preferred)

Proven experience managing large or complex accounts
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills

Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong business and financial acumen

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
