Job Description
Job Title: General Labor – Government Contractor (Marshall Islands, Roi-Namur Island)
Contract Length: 18+ Months
Compensation: $85,000 – $115,000 annually
Start Date: Must be available to deploy and be on-island by mid-October
Overview:
We are seeking motivated and skilled General Laborers to support a government contracting project located on Roi-Namur Island in the Marshall Islands. This is a unique opportunity to work overseas on a long-term project with a strong focus on pipeline operations and construction. Prior experience in oil and gas pipeline work is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of pipelines and related infrastructure.

Support day-to-day labor activities as directed by project supervisors.

Operate tools, equipment, and machinery in compliance with safety standards.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to all government and contractor requirements.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:

Experience in pipeline construction or related oil and gas industry work strongly preferred.

Must have (or be able to obtain) a valid passport.

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Physically capable of working in an outdoor, labor-intensive environment.

Willingness to live and work on Roi-Namur Island for six months at a time.
Contract Details & Benefits:

18+ month contract with opportunity for extension.

Competitive pay range: $85,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience).

Housing provided on the island.

Vacation: 2 weeks every 6 months (option to combine into 4 consecutive weeks after one year).

Paid travel to and from the U.S. for scheduled leave periods.
Important Timeline:
All candidates must be able to leave the U.S. and arrive on Roi-Namur Island, Marshall Islands by mid-October at the latest.
