Line Cook Responsibilities:
Breakfast Experience Required
· Ensures that all foods are prepared within allotted club standards, while maintaining freshness and appropriate temperatures.
· Ensures that all foods are attractively presented as per club standards.
· Responsible for proper food storage including covering, labeling, and dating all items, and placing in appropriate locations of food storage areas.
· Ensures safe food handling techniques at all times.
Kitchen Cleaning
· Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing their work areas and equipment before and after each use.
· Ensures that all kitchen surfaces including floors, counters, sinks, cabinets, freezer, and refrigerator remain clean and sanitary.
Education and Experience Requirements:
