Machine Operator - Cutter
Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and accurate individual to join our client’s production team as a Wire Processing Operator. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, measuring, and cutting various types of wire to meet daily order requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using industrial cutting or measuring equipment and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve work orders using handheld scanning equipment

Measure, cut, and spool different wire gauges using automated cutting systems

Monitor wire inventory and update labels or identification tags as needed

Notify team leads or supervisors of low material levels

Move and organize products or materials within the warehouse or work area

Place items in assigned locations, racks, or bins for order fulfillment

Perform general material handling duties — including lifting up to 70 lbs

Follow safety procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned

Previous experience in wire handling, machine operation, or a similar production role

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Basic computer or RF scanner knowledge

Strong attention to accuracy and organization
