CNC Machine Operator

$18 per hour
1st & 2nd Shift Available
We are hiring a Machine Operator with experience operating a lathe machine for an immediate, full-time career opportunity at a growing manufacturing facility in Grapevine, TX.
What You’ll Do
-
Set up, load, and operate a lathe machine to produce small-batch, close-tolerance parts

Machine parts made from plastic and metal materials

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Measure parts during setup and upon completion using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales

Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning on machines, tooling, and parts

Inspect cutting tools for sharpness and usability
-
Accurately clock in and out of assigned work orders

Communicate with supervisors, engineers, and production staff to resolve machining or quality issues

Follow all machine-specific and industry safety standards
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience operating a lathe machine

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
