Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Pay: $19/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri 2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Verify and inspect orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment.
- Pick and pull orders and put stock away daily.
- Cross-check items against packing lists and order forms.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues with orders.
- Maintain accurate records of checked orders and any discrepancies found.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other departments to address and resolve order issues.
- Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Skilled using an RF Scanner
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution warehouse, logistics, or inventory role is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move items of varying weights-up to 75lbs
