JOB DESCRIPTION
The Part-Time Landscape Maintenance Laborer supports daily landscape maintenance
services under the direction of the Maintenance Lead. This role involves performing hands-on
outdoor work to maintain residential and commercial properties, including mowing, edging,
trimming, blowing, cleanup, and general landscape care. The ideal candidate is dependable,
hardworking, safety-minded, and able to work well as part of a team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Support landscape maintenance services, including:
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Planting, mulching, weeding, pruning, and general cleanup
• Maintaining flower beds and removing debris
• Operating hand tools and power equipment safely
• Loading and unloading maintenance equipment and materials
• Keeping worksites clean, safe, and professional
• Following instructions from the Maintenance Lead and working collaboratively with the
crew
QUALIFICATIONS
You may be a great fit if you:
• Are at least 18 years old
• Are reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Can work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, if operating company vehicles
• Have landscaping maintenance experience, preferred but not required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing
• Use of hands and fingers to operate tools and machinery
• Heavy lifting and strenuous activity
• Occasional ladder use and work at heights
