Job Description
The pay range for this position is: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience level
The company is a well established leading Residential Assisted Living provider. The Maintenance Technician will be maintaining the interior and exterior of the buildings and grounds. You will provide maintenance on but not limited to HVAC, fire and sprinkler equipment, solar equipment, generators, landscape, and appliances, etc.
Some job duties are listed below:
- Operate power tools
- Basic repairs to appliances
- Heating and air conditioning
- Smoke detectors & carbon monoxide alarms
- Repairing plumbing fixtures
