Facility Maintenance Technician – Commercial Properties (Fresno, CA)
Are you an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering top-quality work in high-end environments? A prestigious property management company in Fresno, known for managing some of the finest commercial spaces in the area, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and improvement of commercial buildings, including office buildings, high-rises, restaurants, retail spaces, and other premier properties. This position requires someone who is highly professional, dependable, and experienced in maintaining the highest standards for luxury commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:
-
Lighting and electrical
-
Drywall repair and finishing
-
Plumbing repairs
-
Light HVAC service and support
Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside specialty contractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to keep facilities in excellent condition.
Travel between multiple commercial properties across Fresno as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance or building technician experience.

Expertise in electrical, plumbing, drywall, lighting, and HVAC repair.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Highly professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation:
-
$23 – $35 per hour, depending on experience.
