Job Description
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Generalist to join the team of one of our Nationally renowned customers. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and ensure brand consistency across digital and offline channels.
Salary:$55,000 - $68,000 | Full-Time, M-F| Hourly | Location: Irving, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, PPC, and events.
- Create content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency and assist with localization for field teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to support marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, customer care, and vendors to align efforts.
- Track and report campaign performance, offering insights for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of events and community initiatives.
- Help manage digital marketing efforts like SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, covering both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong writing skills with experience in social media, email, and CMS platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, and email software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of the propane or energy industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce or marketing automation tools
- Event planning experience and basic design skills
- Understanding of SEO strategies
