Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Perform start-ups, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of industrial air compressors including oil-free, centrifugal, diesel, and piston units

Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, vibration analyzers, and infrared thermometers
-
Read and interpret P&I diagrams, wiring schematics, and general arrangement drawings
-
Conduct routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, system calibrations, and control settings
-
Safely install, remove, and rig compressor equipment and related components
-
Install and maintain air piping systems including Transair, copper, galvanized, and aluminum
-
Assist with the assembly and customization of compressor skid packages for field applications
-
Troubleshoot and maintain diesel-powered compressors in a rental fleet
-
Install and configure data loggers and monitoring systems

Service and maintain refrigerated and regenerative air dryers
-
Complete accurate service documentation and communicate professionally with clients
-
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service coverage
Qualifications: -
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical and electrical service experience in an industrial setting

Strong working knowledge of air compressor systems

Familiarity with hydraulic/pneumatic systems and automation controls

Must have personal tools and diagnostic equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred

Oilfield safety experience is a plus

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
