Medical Assistant –  Fresno, CA
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant for our client in Fresno, CA! This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position paying $16.50 - $22.50/hour depending on experience.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 1-2 years of medical assisting experience required
- Medical Assistant Certificate required
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and bubbly personality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical office
- EMR experience preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Assist with rooming patients, taking vitals, and documenting medical histories
- Support providers with basic clinical procedures
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all clinic protocols and health/safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Angela is open to candidates with non-medical backgrounds if they bring strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude!
