Position Summary

This role is responsible for performing teller transactions, assisting members with account services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other member transactions accurately.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Assist members with account inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
- Update member account information as needed.
- Provide information regarding financial products and services.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Support fraud prevention efforts by following established procedures.
- Assist with daily check processing and balancing.
- Complete required regulatory reporting and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Provide professional service through effective verbal and written communication.
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
- Cross-train and assist with operational duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum six (6) months of cash handling experience.
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a bank or credit union.
- Sales or cross-selling experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn multiple software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
