Job Description


Hire Up Staffing is working with a growing company to find a Merchandising Assistant to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a hybrid role. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and have a basic understanding of accounting, we’d love to hear from you.

Merchandising Assistant – $22/hr
Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | On-Site (Hybrid Potential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Goshen California

Pay: $22/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review shipment details and check for accuracy

  • Apply shipment data to the correct contracts

  • Set up payables and receivables associated with merchandise

  • Reconcile data and assist with basic accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn

  • General knowledge of accounting or finance processes

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

  • Prior merchandising experience is a plus
