Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is partnering with a reputable National manufacturing facility looking to add a results-driven National Sales Manager to their team! 


Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) + commission

Job Duties:
  • Efficiently manage large accounts while supporting the sales team 
  • Engage and build relationships during the buying process
  • Meet company revenue goals, metrics and KPIs
  • Works with engineering department to create custom products for customers
  • Ensure orders are completed and shipped in a timely manner – attend huddles, product training, sales meetings as needed and participate with a positive proactive attitude
  • Conduct market research to help with product innovations, prices, and sales
  • Efficiently answer customer questions regarding products and availability
  • Prepare quotes, process credit applications, for both standard and custom orders
  • Provide key account support
  • Build and maintain customer relationships 
  • Direct sales team to generate outbound calls to create additional business

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of sales and sales management experience
  • Extensive product knowledge of hydraulic hose market and competitors
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • CRM and ERP experience
  • Strong knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental responsibility
