National Sales Manager
HYBRID Houston, TX 77032 US
Job Description
Schedule:Hybrid
Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) + commission

Job Duties:
- Efficiently manage large accounts while supporting the sales team
- Engage and build relationships during the buying process
- Meet company revenue goals, metrics and KPIs
- Works with engineering department to create custom products for customers
- Ensure orders are completed and shipped in a timely manner – attend huddles, product training, sales meetings as needed and participate with a positive proactive attitude
- Conduct market research to help with product innovations, prices, and sales
- Efficiently answer customer questions regarding products and availability
- Prepare quotes, process credit applications, for both standard and custom orders
- Provide key account support
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Direct sales team to generate outbound calls to create additional business
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
Experience:
- At least 5 years of sales and sales management experience
- Extensive product knowledge of hydraulic hose market and competitors
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- CRM and ERP experience
- Strong knowledge of and commitment to Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental responsibility

Nicole has previously worked in various fields, from a Fish Grader and Forklift Operator at a Fish Cannery in Alaska to Medical Billing and Account Management for Anesthesiologists and Pain Management Clinics.
