Non CDL Driver
Job Description
- Pay: $23.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM until deliveries are completed
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 24-foot automatic flatbed delivery truck.
- Deliver electrical equipment to customers on scheduled routes.
- Load, unload, and safely transport materials using liftgates, pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Obtain customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, or route changes.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and report any maintenance concerns.
- Follow assigned delivery routes while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
- Make safety the top priority during every delivery.
- Valid Non-CDL Driver's License (Class C, D, or E).
- 3–5 years of professional driving experience operating large vehicles.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement).
- Clean driving record with no moving violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to safely maneuver and park large vehicles.
