Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is hiring for an Office Manager for our client in the Construction industry located in Selma, CA. 

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $24.00/ hourly

  • Oversight on office operations(this person will be responsible for understanding what office staff or hired outside staff are in place to do, and make sure they are doing it to the company's standards.)
  • Billing-A/R
  • Reporting- union reporting//payroll taxes//workers comp//new hire//prevailing wage
  • Audits- Yearly workers comp, general liability audits.
  • Prequalification's
  • HR- outsourced but will need to be maintained and have oversight
  • Payroll
  • New employee onboarding for union and non union employees
  • Providing safety meeting material 2x monthly via email to union employees-ensuring all are received back.
  • Delegating tasks to the appropriate employees
  • Strong Personality 
  • Multi Tasker
  • Construction exp preferred but not required
General managerial duties: answering the phone, speaking with customers/vendors, maintaining order and organization of the office.
