Office Secretary / Office Manager
Job Description
Location: Central DFW
Pay: $18/hour (Part-Time to Start, Full-Time Potential)
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Office Secretary/Manager to join a small, fast-paced team in a niche service industry. This position will start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right person.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Schedule and coordinate house calls and service appointments

File warranties and maintain organized documentation

Order parts and track inventory
-
Assist with light payroll and basic bookkeeping tasks

Manage the front counter and provide customer support

Prepare quotes and assist with customer inquiries
-
Problem-solve and support the team with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications:

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
-
A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
