Job Description
Hire Up Staffing has partnered with a family owned inventory management company and seeking dynamic and driven Mobile Store Territory Managers to oversee and expand the customer base within an assigned territory in Southwest FL or Charleston, SC. This unique role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer service, and operational management skills. As a fully mobile territory manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hardware products, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of mobile store units.
*Territory is Sarasota /Ft. Meyers / Cape Coral area primary territory, but will also include Naples.
*Territory in Charleston, SC will extend to Savannah, GA.
Pay: $70k-$100k, uncapped commissions (W-2 employee)
- Home-based: Manage the respective territory in Southwest FL or Charleston, SC, from your own home office while servicing the customers with your very own Mobile Store.

Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Industrial sales experience is a plus, not required. (like route sales) *Many successful territory managers are coaches, pastors, retired teachers, etc.
- Determination and ability to work independently.
- Monitor and manage inventory and supplies.
- Enjoy developing new relationships and earning customer trust.
- Ability and willingness to travel as part of the daily job.
- Must have good credit for purchase/lease and financing of mobile store unit, fully outfitted by company.
