Meet Leah Perez, our VP of Client Success on the Corporate team! Leah started as a Branch Manager when she kicked off her career path with Hire Up in 2016. Due to the rapid success of her branch, Leah has assisted with the creation and launch of the medical specialty division. She holds over 16 years of recruiting experience, most of which she spent focused on skilled administrative/accounting, medical and clinical professionals. Leah is one of the most well-respected staffing leaders in the Central Valley, currently serving clients in 4 states. Long time clients and candidates would describe her as urgent, ethical and has taken the time to get to know them and their business in order to properly assist them in whatever they need. Leah is looked at by her peers as collaborative, motivating and eager to help share her knowledge in order to assist in making them better professionals. When Leah is not hard at work she loves to spend time cooking with her kiddos. She is a self proclaimed “foodie” and champagne/wine aficionado!
