Outside Sales Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct in-person customer visits and sales presentations.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Follow up on leads and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records.
- Work with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Travel extensively throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel.
- 3+ years of outside sales/business development experience required.
- Experience renting or selling air compressors and/or generators strongly preferred.
- Industrial equipment, construction, rental, manufacturing, or related sales experience preferred.
- Proven prospecting and closing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
