Job Description
Pay: $16/HR
Shift: Sun. - Wed.; 12 p.m. -8 p.m. OR 2 p.m. - 12 a.m.
(Sun., Wed. & available for 1-2 add'l. weekdays on a Mon. or Tues., as needed)
Some Fridays at another location nearby.
(This is a part-time role offering at least 16 hours per week but can reach 24 - 32 hours.)
Responsibilities:
- Greet airport customer arrivals and assist them with their transportation reservation.
- Accurately pull up their reservation and confirm in system using an iPad.
- Direct them to the proper pick-up spot to wait for their ride.
- Be customer facing and involved in small-talk as needed to make their wait time engaging.
- Be professional and personable at all times.
- Demonstrate superb customer service and ability to adapt to changes in a busy environment.
- Strategic problem-solver if necessary.
- Prioritize, maintain attention to detail, ability to be flexible and pivot as needed.
- Must have a VALID TX ID/DL and your own transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen prior to start.
